Ground Floor

First Floor
You'll notice how the entrance placement in the design allows a separation between visitors' spaces and residents' spaces, which increases the privacy of family areas and creates a space in the landscape that can hold the pool area and make it semi-private as well.
The minimalist exterior design approach emphasizes clean lines, simplicity, and functionality, which results in a visually appealing and practical exterior design that is both beautiful and efficient.

The use of white paint as the primary color for the exterior gives a sense of purity, simplicity, and elegance. Additionally, the dark stone cladding is used as a contrasting feature to create a sense of depth, texture, and visual interest.

Entrance
The entrance is kept minimal with a simple wooden bench and a potted plant. The wooden bench provides a place to sit and take off shoes, while the plant adds a touch of greenery and life to the space.
