Keyword to this project is simplicity and openness. IMPERIUM GROUP's architects developed the exterior in a minimalistic style, infusing it with industrial elements to accentuate the exterior feel. Our team also emphasized the shape & massing of the structure through colors, concrete finishes, and glasswork.
Our goal was to bring the idea of simplicity also inside the villa by creating openness from the entrance lobby.
To simplify the transition between outside and inside, we implemented biophilic elements (trees and greenery) to contribute to the peaceful environment we aimed to achieve.
All areas of the home are bright thanks to the large openings in the architecture, which ensure natural light floods the space and elevate the beauty of the interior.

Architecture Design
In the axonometric 3D Drawings below, note how we spatially organized the villa, showing the wide open spaces and the more private rooms. This helped us better present our concept to the client

Entrance
The entrance lobby is emprinted with the family's personality: purity, openness, and welcoming personality are translated into the interior. Natural and grounding elements, pure textures, and greenery set the proper tone for all guests to feel once entered the home.

Family Hall
The family hall is the most social area of the villa. It features a seating area, pool table, and a clean kitchen with dining to provide the right space for all social activities for family and guests.

Majlis
An unconventional majlis design. Soft shapes, warm textures, and contemporary art pieces give life to this space creating a joyful and cozy formal space. The unique furniture elements elevate the whole design.

Formal Dining
The formal dining captures elements from the different spaces and revolves around the eclectic Panton chair.

Guest Bedroom
Color dominates this space as well. Earthy tones set the base tone to be layered on. Orange takes the scene, ensuring coziness and the welcoming energy the home is characterized by.
